At Byrne’s Family Butchers all of our beef is 21 day matured, 100% Irish and traceable back to the farm. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product purchased we will happily give you a full refund.

Local Suppliers, Local Produce

Byrnes Family Butchers source their produce from local suppliers where possible. The beef and lamb in Byrnes Family Butchers is supplied by Ballymooney Meats, based in Clane, Co Kildare. The beef has been aged for 21 days, is 100% Irish and fully traceable back to the farm where it was reared.

The Chicken sold in the shop is supplied by Western Brand Chickens and is 100% Bord Bia Quality Assured Irish chicken. Pork and Bacon products are sourced from FX Buckley Products, based in Rathcoole, Co Dublin and Connolly Meats from Monaghan. The vegetables are supplied by Newfresh Foods in Dublin.

Byrnes Family Butchers are HACCP compliant and members of the Irish Craft Butchers Association.
